As the years go, technology has given a drastic change especially in communication. Most companies have the opportunity to communicate through various mediums such as: social networks, user-generated content sites, e-mails, instant messaging, text messaging, blogs, podcast, and online videos. For example, Facebook a social network has increase a ranking for communicating either for personal or business issues.

 But do you know how to write an electronic message through each medium? Writing an electronic message sometimes confuses the audience with the tone. But exactly for this confusion there are six tips to help you out in how to write an electronic message as professional as it has to be.
  • ·         First tip is to remember that it’s a conversation and not a lecture or a sales pitch. This is one of the best tips, because of the feeling in conversing with one another or with several people.
  • ·         Second tip is to write informally but never carelessly. In this case proofreading takes effect because you don’t want the audience to be lost in the message.
  • ·         The third tip is to create concise, specific, and informative headlines. This tip is to avoid the audience to get confused while reading the headlines.
  • ·         Fourth tip is to get involved and stay involved throughout the message. This is the opportunity to correct misinformation or explain any mistakes.
  • ·         The fifth tip is if you have to promote something do it indirectly
  • ·         Finally, the last tip is to be transparent and honest. Honesty is very important for a message to present.
